Your inbox has no doubt been inundated these past few weeks with the business buzz-phrase of 2018.

"Give us a G…."

GDPR Is of course such a hot-topic right now, especially given the new legislation is coming in to affect this Friday, 25th May 2018. We, here at the Farm Factory, have spent time reviewing our own compliancy and wish to present the following statement. Don’t worry, we’ve kept it brief.

The Farm Factory are committed to helping businesses and individuals thrive with the aid of great design and web presence. In addition to providing our services we are equally committed to protecting your privacy.

In accordance to the forthcoming changes to EU data protection law, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we've created a new Privacy Policy to reflect these changes and to better explain how and why we may collect any personal information. You can view our new policy here: www.thefarmfactory.co.uk/privacy-policy

To offer some transparency as to why you can see this message, you are currently on the Farm Factory’s mailing list which we use from time to time to inform our clients and associates with various updates and/promotions that we may wish to share. Our mailing list has grown organically in the way of ‘soft opt-in’. We may not have explicitly asked for you join any mailing list but given that there is a good chance we have provided you with our services, there was assumption you may wish to receive continued updates from us and maintain contact. We have not and will not share any details from this mailing list with any third party. If you no longer wish to receive any updates or potential marketing communications from the Farm Factory, then you are of course free to opt-out at any time.

We hope that this makes your connection to the Farm Factory and the transition to being compliant with GDPR much easier to manage and understand.

If you do have any questions at all with regards to our compliancy or as to how we can assist with making you and your business compliant with GDPR, then please feel free to message us on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
